Ihsān is often translated as 'excellence.' But real excellence cannot exist without an unyielding commitment to the truth. My approach to advisory is anchored in this verse. To practice Ihsān means giving clients the unvarnished, data-driven truth — even when it is uncomfortable. It means refusing to gloss over structural risks or protect a retainer by endorsing a strategy that will not hold. We do not mix truth with convenience. When we build on absolute transparency, the excellence we deliver stands on a foundation that cannot be undermined.
