Partnership Model
Not a project. Not an agency. Independent executive counsel.

Within the First Quarter, Your Organization Will Have:

01

An independent strategic voice with no vendor agenda, no media commission, and no conflict of interest — advising from the executive perspective your organization requires.

02

Marketing decisions backed by 17+ years of executive experience across 22+ global markets, 40+ brands, and four continents of operational complexity.

03

Accountability structures, board-ready reporting, and the operational clarity to move faster — and with measurably less risk than before.

A Different Kind of Executive Counsel

360° Executive Breadth

With a career spanning full 360° marketing — from go-to-market strategy and office launches, to brand ambassador programs, press and media relations strategy, outdoor advertising, and integrated ROI tracking — Ms. Elshabrowy brings a rare breadth of hands-on executive experience to every engagement.

Beyond Functional Marketing

While many organizations initially seek a Fractional CMO or Fractional VP of Marketing, the challenges they face often extend beyond marketing alone. Voice & Vision provides executive advisory support across strategy, technology, organizational performance, and growth — not day-to-day marketing management. The firm diagnoses, advises, and provides oversight. Your team or vendors execute.

The gap is rarely the budget. It is the absence of a senior, independent voice — one with no commission at stake and no interest in preserving the status quo.

The Engagement Tiers

Four Tiers of Counsel

An ascending ladder — Foundational to Comprehensive to Executive, and The Chair for the most complex mandates. Every engagement is scoped to your organization's size, stack complexity, and pace. The tier is confirmed in writing after a diagnostic — never before.

You don't need a standalone diagnostic to begin. Most leaders who engage directly start at Comprehensive — building the marketing foundation and developing the team — with the Clarity Audit running as the engagement's opening phase. Executive adds marketing technology, revenue operations, and financial ownership for organizations ready to bring those under management.

Tier I

Foundational

Embeds The Clarity Sprint

From $12,500

per month

A senior voice in the room — oversight, structure, and process.

  • Monthly executive touchpoints & directional guidance
  • Board-ready reporting & strategic prioritization
  • Team fit & performance — read at the function level
  • SOPs & marketing policies to close process gaps
  • Vendor & agency accountability direction

3-month minimum

Recommended starting point

Tier II

Comprehensive

Embeds The Clarity Audit · Revenue Operations unlocked

From $18,000

per month

The recommended starting point for most engagements — building a marketing foundation that holds and developing the team into it. Strategy and people first; technology and finance enter later, at Executive, only when you're ready for them.

  • Everything in Foundational, at a deeper cadence
  • Individual team assessment — capability, role clarity & right-seat fit
  • Team mentoring & development from the assessment findings
  • Marketing foundation build-out — structure, standards & priorities
  • Go-to-market & brand-launch strategy advisory

6-month minimum

Tier III

Executive

Embeds The Blueprint · Revenue Operations deepened

From $25,000

per month

The step up from Comprehensive — for organizations ready to bring marketing technology, revenue operations, attribution, and financial ownership of the budget under management.

  • Everything in Comprehensive, at the highest priority
  • MarTech governance & implementation oversight
  • Full Revenue Operations & attribution-integrity audit
  • Marketing compliance advisory — State Bar & regulated industry
  • Financial ownership of the marketing function — budget allocation, optimization & ROI accountability
  • Direct executive partnership & priority access

6-month minimum

By Application

Tier IV

The Chair

By application

multi-entity & multi-market

For organizations carrying the most complexity — multiple entities, markets, or business units under one strategy — where you want the work led, not just advised.

  • Everything in Executive, at the highest access
  • Hands-on leadership of your in-house media, design & creative teams
  • A dedicated B2B marketing strategy alongside client acquisition
  • Event strategy & coordination — including international and remote
  • Marketing org design & talent strategy — building and hiring the function
  • Multi-entity brand architecture across holdings, divisions & markets
  • Group-level budget architecture across entities, divisions & markets

The initial term is three months — long enough for the work to prove itself. Where we are building systems together — MarTech or Revenue Operations implementation — a six-month minimum applies, so the roadmap is seen through. After the initial term, the engagement continues month-to-month with thirty days' notice. The Revenue Operations audit is unlocked at the Executive tier, where the Blueprint's MarTech audit provides its foundation.

Advisory note: Voice & Vision advises on strategy, oversight, and direction — your internal team, agency, or vendor handles execution. This includes talent acquisition: Ms. Elshabrowy will work directly with your HR function to define the roles you need, develop job descriptions and scope requirements, and advise on candidate vetting — but does not recruit, place, or employ staff. The same applies to vendor and agency selection: she will evaluate, shortlist, and advise — not manage or contract them on your behalf.

"

"A breadth of knowledge that is difficult to come by without extensive professional and personal development… steadfast in her undeniably fierce work ethic… Sarah would be an excellent candidate in Marketing Director or CMO positions."
